2014: Helios takeover by RIH is “M&A Deal Of The Year”

The award ceremony took place on 22 October during the 2014 Dealmakers’ Awards, organized by M & A Advisor at the International Financial Forum in London.

The Dealmaker’s Awards Ceremony annually honors the leading deal teams and firms whose activities set the standard for M&A transactions in Europe. The nominated cases – 2014 there were over 160 – are judged according to various specific criteria by an independent jury of industry experts.

This year, Ring International Holding achieved the first place in the category “M&A Deal of The Year” (Over £ 100mm to £ 1 Billion) for the successful takeover of Helios Group.
